Online shopping terms and condition

The terms set out in this article apply to your purchase of our products on this website.

Before you submit your order, we ask you to read these terms and conditions:

Purchasing products through this website means that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to these terms, privacy policy statement and terms of use of this website.

Any products purchased from this website are subject to these terms.

If there is any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy Statement or the Terms of Use of this Website, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.


  1. Before submitting an order, you here by guarantee and declare:
    1.  You are over 18 years old and have the behavior and ability to enter into legally binding contracts;
    2. When you register an account to place an order and use the website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (email, real name, phone number, billing information and other required information stated on the website)
  2. Submit order and payment
    1. Whether all orders are valid depends on the availability of the order. The items you have put in the shopping cart will not be reserved and can still be purchased by other customers.
    2. When you successfully submit your order through this website, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but merely a confirmation that we have received it.
    3. We currently accept bank transfer, Faster Payment System (FPS), Visa, Master card, Alipay HK (Alipay Hong Kong).All payments are in Hong Kong dollars.
    4. After we receive all payment for the products and shipping costs listed in your order (please upload the payment receipt in My Order), we will arrange to ship the relevant products within 7 working days.
    5. Once the full payment of the order is confirmed, it means that the order has been successfully accepted, and you will not be allowed to cancel or change the order in any form.
    6. If the full payment for the order has not been received within 3 days from the date of order placement, your order will be automatically canceled by the system. If you still need to purchase ,you can place a new order.
    7. We do not guarantee that the Products will be available for sale at any time. If we are unable to supply the products of any order (or part thereof) for any reason, we have the right to cancel the entire order (or part thereof) and refund the relevant money you have paid to us.  


If we exercise this right to cancel an order, we will not be liable to anyone.

We will notify you if any items on your order are out of stock.

If we are out of stock, you have the right to choose to cancel the order or continue to wait.
